Use SSMS to Help Script Tasks
One of the really nice features of SQL Server Management Studio is the ability to do tasks in the UI and then rather just executing them, script them out to see how to do it in TSQL. It's a great way to get started on building custom scripts for almost anything; backups, replication, even index maintenance. Kathi demonstrates a few of the ways she has found it useful. Easy to miss, easy to learn, it's a feature worth knowing.

Video are good but too short sometimes and should be grouped by items such as "SQL Security Part 1,2,3" or "Managing Dimension in SSIS 1,2,3" etc
