I believe the comment about being able to see returned data like social security numbers is wrong. I don't think SQL Profiler ever shows the returned data. We only see it in your example because the data is in the query itself.
Apart from this, I think it's a really good demonstration. Thanks.

I liked the explanation regarding security. The fact that sensitive data could be seen in clear text is not something that I would necessarily think of when a developer is asking for the ability to run a trace.
