Marking a Filegroup Read Only

Read only filegroups are great for adding extra protection to data that should not change, and it saves a bit of overhead because it doesn't to be locked during queries. It's an easy technique to apply, with only one small gotcha!

The best part of the video is that the filegroup for the clustered index determines on which filegroup the table rtesides.
