Ignoring a SSIS Checkpoint

Zooming in for clarity would be nice. I followed it, but have a good amount of experience with using checkpoint files. There are some setting a user must know to get it to work correctly in the first place, which is to fail the package. He talks about removing that and only failing the parent, which is the for loop container.
